Dr. Sarah Musleh
MD, Endocrinologist
As co-founder of Anzara Health, I am passionate and devoted to building an ongoing relationship with you as my patient and to providing compassionate and consistent care of the highest quality. My approach is evidence-based, guideline-oriented, and always driven by equal parts discipline, attention to detail, and empathy.
You’ll work with me to discuss and treat obesity/weight gain, metabolic dysfunction, thyroid disorders, PCOS, pre-diabetes, and diabetes. I also manage a range of other endocrine conditions. I believe a healthy lifestyle and diet are integral parts of treating all these conditions successfully and achieving good health overall. Utilizing a holistic approach, we are more likely to optimize your health and maintain desired results.
I have a special interest in women's health, including hormone replacement therapy and preventative care. I work collaboratively with my team members to optimize patient nutrition and lifestyle, focusing on sleep, stress management, exercise, supplements, and diet.
My medical training includes completing a fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism studies at New York University and attending medical school at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland. I have also worked as a clinical endocrinologist at Kaiser Permanente in Hawaii.
Speaking four languages (English, Spanish, Arabic, and French) allows me to interact with people of different backgrounds and consider your various needs and values as they pertain to your health. This gives me a unique approach to working with patients that allows me to balance your beliefs and cultural expectations with a science-based approach that offers you a healthcare plan that meets all your needs.
Look forward to meeting you and to accompanying you on your journey towards better health!
