No. We at Anzara Heath pride ourselves on being an inclusive practice. We welcome all patients over the age of 18.
We most often work with patients with established endocrine disorder(s) and/or vague or unclear symptoms that may align with an endocrine disruption of some sort. We also provide both a specific and a general endocrine evaluation, preventative care and health optimization, and even guide patients through their weight loss journeys. We are truly a full service practice!
No. We are a telemedicine-only practice currently licensed to serve patients in 7 US states, including California, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina and Texas.
We do not accept insurance at Anzara Health, but it’s for good reason. Many doctors find themselves under pressure to see a certain volume of patients per day due to how insurance companies reimburse them. Our visits focus on providing you with the care of doctors, nutritionists, and coaches without feeling rushed or overlooked. This is instrumental in getting the clarity we need to assess your symptoms, get to know you and provide the holistic care you deserve.
Our membership option includes:
*We cannot guarantee that all medications will be covered by your insurer, but we are committed to helping complete all necessary paperwork. We will advocate for you. Any medications not covered by your insurer, however, will be your responsibility to cover, out-of-pocket, should you decide to proceed with treatment.
**Communication with physicians can only be for routine, non-urgent matters only. We do not handle any urgent, potentially dangerous symptoms or emergent questions. In cases of emergency, it is in your best interest to go to your nearest emergency room and/or contact 911.
Anzara Health uses both LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics for any lab work. Any outstanding cost for blood testing, diagnostic imaging, or biopsies that are not covered under your insurance plan are your responsibility financially. If you do not have insurance, or if your insurer does not cover a particular cost, any balances remaining are also your responsibility.
That’s a great question for your insurance company! Out of network reimbursement depends on individual plans. We will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance but we do not submit claims to insurers directly.
Charges for services rendered by Anzara Health may be eligible for reimbursement via a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA), or a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA). For specifics as to what your plan covers, please call your insurance carrier.
Third-party payers are not accepted at this time. Any balances owed can be remitted by electronic payment with a debit or credit card.
Payment of initial consultation must be made in full in advance of visit (when scheduling appointment).
Your monthly membership will be charged approximately 3-months after your initial visit to the credit card we have on file.
After you submit your online inquiry form here, Anzara Health staff will reach out via telephone to collect your personal information and schedule your consultation.
Yes! Keep in mind that we at Anzara Health reserve the right to terminate membership at any time, with no refunds. However, coverage is guaranteed through the end of the billing cycle.
If you’d like to cancel your membership prior to its upcoming renewal, please email info@anzarahealth.com at least 30 days before your membership period expires in order for the cancellation to be processed in full.
