Your Health, Our Purpose

I’ve seen several doctors, but I still don’t have clear answers.

I need someone to explain the why, not just offer quick fixes.

I want telemedicine that feels personal and truly supports me.

MD, Endocrinologist

Dr. Ana María Kausel

Co-founder of Anzara Health, Board-certified endocrinologist (since 2015), trained in Colombia and the U.S., with an Internal Medicine residency and fellowships in Geriatrics and Endocrinology. After years in private practice in New York City focused on obesity, diabetes, and metabolic health, she moved to Miami in 2022 and shifted her practice to women’s health. Her own perimenopause experience fuels a clear mission: ensure every woman feels seen and heard through perimenopause and menopause. Bilingual (Spanish/English), she blends evidence-based care with practical lifestyle changes to improve long-term health and quality of life.

Endocrinóloga

Dra. Sarah Musleh

As co-founder of Anzara Health, I am passionate and devoted to building an ongoing relationship with you as my patient and to providing compassionate and consistent care of the highest quality. My approach is evidence-based, guideline-oriented, and always driven by equal parts discipline, attention to detail, and empathy.

You’ll work with me to discuss and treat obesity/weight gain, metabolic dysfunction, thyroid disorders, PCOS, pre-diabetes, and diabetes. I also manage a range of other endocrine conditions. I believe a healthy lifestyle and diet are integral parts of treating all these conditions successfully and achieving good health overall. Utilizing a holistic approach, we are more likely to optimize your health and maintain desired results.

I have a special interest in women's health, including hormone replacement therapy and preventative care. I work collaboratively with my team members to optimize patient nutrition and lifestyle, focusing on sleep, stress management, exercise, supplements, and diet.

My medical training includes completing a fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism studies at New York University and attending medical school at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland. I have also worked as a clinical endocrinologist at Kaiser Permanente in Hawaii.

Speaking four languages (English, Spanish, Arabic, and French) allows me to interact with people of different backgrounds and consider your various needs and values as they pertain to your health. This gives me a unique approach to working with patients that allows me to balance your beliefs and cultural expectations with a science-based approach that offers you a healthcare plan that meets all your needs.

Look forward to meeting you and to accompanying you on your journey towards better health!

Certified Health Coach

Edith Cuevas

I’m Edith Cuevas, a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). I specialize in supporting women as they transition from perimenopause to menopause — a time that can feel overwhelming but also incredibly empowering.

For the past 26 years, I’ve called Miami, Florida home, where I live with my husband, our three amazing sons, and our energetic dog. As a mom, wife, and busy woman myself, I understand how easy it is to put your well-being aside—especially during midlife, when your body and hormones start shifting in new (and often unexpected) ways.

That’s why I’m passionate about helping women build sustainable, healthy habits, develop exercise routines that feel good (not punishing), and make lifestyle changes that truly support their energy, balance, and confidence during this chapter of life.

Through a personalized, compassionate approach, I help my clients feel stronger, sleep better, manage weight naturally, and navigate this transition with clarity and grace. My mission is simple: to help women not just get through menopause — but thrive through it.
