This is a self-guided app access plan. It does not include registered dietitian or personal trainer sessions of any kind, messaging with the team, or plan revisions. It also does not include physician visits, medical evaluations, diagnosis, or medication management. If you'd like to resume 1:1 coaching, you can enroll in a new Coaching Program.

Your app access and all your data — meal plans, workouts, and progress tracking — stay active through the end of the 12-month term. When the term ends, access and data are discontinued and no longer available. Because digital access is granted immediately, refunds are not provided.
