Important Information About App-Only Access

This is a self-guided app access plan and does not include Registered Dietitian or Personal Trainer sessions, coach messaging, or ongoing nutrition or workout plan updates.

Your existing calorie and macronutrient targets reflect your goals and needs at the time of your last nutrition assessment. These targets are intended as guides rather than fixed requirements and are not automatically reassessed or adjusted during your subscription.

If you reach your goal, transition to maintenance, or experience changes in your health, activity level, or nutritional needs, your existing targets may no longer be appropriate. We recommend consulting with a Registered Dietitian to reassess your needs.

Please note that calorie and macronutrient targets cannot be modified independently within the app.

Need additional support? Individual consultations with our Registered Dietitian or Personal Trainer are available for an additional fee if you'd like to reassess your goals or make appropriate adjustments. You may also choose to re-enroll in our 3-month Align Coaching Program.

This plan does not include physician visits, medical evaluations, diagnosis, or medication management.

Access & Payment

Your app access and existing data, including nutrition plans, workouts, and progress tracking, remain available through the end of your 12-month term. When the term ends, access is discontinued and your data will no longer be accessible through the app.

Because digital access is granted immediately, refunds are not provided.

After completing your purchase, an Anzara team member will activate your access.
